Bio-identical Hormone Restoration Therapy (BHRT) is an important treatment option for both women and men. Where do I start?
Talk with your doctor about BHRT. If you would like a referral to a physician who specializes in hormone therapy, please contact us and we will be happy to help. You'll set up your consultation with out patient pharmacist, Lacey Nelson, PharmD. We recommend a saliva test to determine proper starting doses*. We will send you a confidential and comprehensive hormone packet for you to fill out at your convenience and bring to your consultation. This packet allows you to provide detailed information about your symptoms so that your BHRT Pharmacist can structure your hormone restoration based on your unique needs. *Saliva testing is not included in the consultation fee.
What happens next?
During your first consultation, our pharmacist will answer any questions, discuss your symptoms, review your saliva test results, and with your consent, work with your physician to customize your dosage. Your pharmacist will provide BHRT information resources as well as recommendations on pharmaceutical grade supplements specificially to support your body.
Additional BHRT Follow-up Consultations are available to review and refine your BHRT.
